RETURN POLICY

SolarGardenPro.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. We do ask that you contact us by e-mail to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Upon receiving your RMA number, you will be provided with instructions and the mailing address for our returns department.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method.

What Are Our Shipping & Delivery Methods?

SolarGardenPro.com currently uses Two shipping methods: UPS Ground delivery and Fed-Ex.
UPS Ground delivery – UPS Ground Charges are based on the weight of the products shipped. The table below shows examples of the shipping cost for most products. Some shippable items may require Special Handling due to their size. These costs are noted in the Checkout.

Where Do We Ship & Deliver?

SolarGardenPro.com ships to most of the continental US states through UPS Ground. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may have somewhat higher shipping costs and can call our Customer Service (1-866-706-5697) if they have questions about shipping.

We cannot ship to any APO/FPO addresses.

What Are Our Shipping & Delivery Rates?

UPS Ground - Charges are based on the weight of the products shipped. The table below shows examples of the shipping cost. An order weighing 1lb or less will ship for $6.99. Any order weighing more than 1lb will cost $8.59 plus $0.40 per lb.

 When Will My Order Arrive?

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday) from the time the order is placed. Items shipping with UPS Ground will generally arrive within 3 – 7 days.
